We may decline projects that fall outside our expertise or do not align with our professional standards. This ensures we can deliver quality work for all clients.

Service descriptions provide general information about our offerings. Specific project details will be confirmed before work begins. Each project may have unique requirements that affect the final deliverable.

Word counts are approximate targets. We prioritize delivering quality content that meets your objectives over exact word count matching. Final content may vary slightly from specified lengths based on what best serves your project goals.

 

Any modifications to standard services will be discussed and agreed upon before implementation. We aim to be flexible while maintaining clear expectations for all parties.

All prices are listed in USD and reflect current rates at the time of order. Future pricing may change, but existing orders maintain their original pricing.

Payment is required before project commencement. We accept major credit cards and PayPal. This policy allows us to manage our workflow effectively and dedicate appropriate resources to your project.

We focus on delivering satisfactory results through our revision process rather than offering refunds. If significant issues arise that we cannot resolve through revisions, we will work with you to find an appropriate solution.

For subscription services, payments are processed automatically. Service may be paused if payment issues occur, and we will work with you to resolve any billing problems.

Order Confirmation: After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation. This does not guarantee acceptance of your order.

Order confirmation is provided via email once payment is processed and project requirements are received. Project timelines begin after we have both payment and complete project information.

Delays in providing required information or feedback may extend delivery timelines. We will communicate any timeline adjustments promptly.

 

Significant changes to project scope after work has begun may require timeline adjustments or additional fees. All changes will be discussed and agreed upon before implementation.

Upon payment completion, you receive full rights to all custom content created specifically for your project. This includes written content and any original materials developed as part of your order.

 

You are responsible for ensuring that any materials provided to us do not infringe on third-party rights. We rely on your confirmation that you have appropriate permissions for any content you ask us to incorporate.

 

We may reference completed projects as portfolio examples unless confidentiality is specifically requested. Our general methodologies and business processes remain our intellectual property.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not responsible for indirect damages or consequential losses.

 

While we strive for quality results, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes from content marketing or SEO efforts, as these depend on numerous external factors beyond our control.

 

We make reasonable efforts to deliver professional services but cannot warrant specific performance results due to variables in market conditions, search engine algorithms, and other factors outside our influence.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved through appropriate legal channels in India.

If any provision of these terms becomes unenforceable, the remaining terms continue in effect. These terms constitute the complete agreement regarding our services.
