Return & Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If our work doesn't meet your expectations, we'll do everything we can to make it right.
Full Refund Eligibility:
- Request within 5 days of project delivery
- Content/design must be unused and unpublished
- Must provide specific feedback about unmet requirements
- Original project scope and requirements must have been followed
Our Revision-First Approach:
Before any refund, we offer unlimited revisions within reason to address your concerns. Most issues are easily resolved through clear communication about needed adjustments.
Partial Refunds:
- Available for projects where some deliverables meet standards but others don't
- Calculated based on completed, satisfactory work portions
- Must be requested within the same 5-day window
What's Not Refundable:
- Content or designs already published, launched, or used commercially
- Requests made more than 5 days after delivery
- Projects where scope changed significantly after work began
- Rush delivery fees (though main project cost may be eligible)
Digital Service Delivery:
All sales are considered final once digital files are delivered, except under the conditions outlined above. Please review all deliverables promptly upon receipt.
